Worship & Ministry
9.30 am Worship Service - a more liturgical style service with Holy Communion each week.
11.00am Contemporary Service - a lively, interactive service in a darkened church, coloured lighting and our band leading uplifting worship.
6.30pm Worship, Prayer and Healing Service - an energetic service with opportunity to receive from God through the laying on of hands and prayer ministry.
Once each term we hold a Vision Service where we look together at opportunities where God is calling us collectively to grow.
Daily Prayers: The Church is open for prayer Monday to Saturday from 9.30 to 10am. Prayers are led each day by different members of the congregation, as we pray for our world, local and church communities and ourselves. In addition, we have Monday and Friday evening prayers (6-10pm) through the Lighthouse Prayer Ministry team.
Special Services: Our Guide and Scout Groups have Church Parades once a term, and other special services are held during Lent and Advent, including an Ash Wednesday Ashing Service, Maundy Thursday Service and Supper, Easter Dawn Service and breakfast, Carols by Candlelight and a Christmas Eve Christingle and Midnight service.
Loop links into a high quality sound amplification system.
Large print versions of Bibles, and Weekly Notice Sheets are available at both services.
Large print copies of Liturgy and Hymn Books / song sheets are available at the 9.30am service.
The words of worship songs, prayer responses, etc., are projected on the large screen or a smaller (closer/localised) screen at the 11.00am and 6.30pm services.
